How do I place an order?
Please select your game from the menu on the left. Then select your character's server, and click "Add to Cart" to add the item to your shopping cart. Click on "Check Out" and then fill in the details of your order or login if you already have an account with us. Please provide your PayPal email address so we can verify your payment quickly when we receive it. Click "Submit" and you will be transferred to PayPal's secure payment service where you can pay with your Credit Card or your PayPal account. Guild Wars Customers: Please meet us in International District One in The Great Temple of Balthazar. Nightfall players, please click on the ship on your map and travel to Great Temple of Balthazar.

Archlord Customers:Please accept our party invitation when we whisper you and we will transfer the gold.
EVE Online Customers: We will transfer your ISK directly to your account. You do not need to meet us in game.
RAPPELZ Online Customers:We will meet you in Laksy of Raksih and we will whisper you in the game.
Runescape Customers:Please meet us in the West Bank of Varrock in a non-member world and we will whisper you in the game.

How should I prepare my character for powerleveling?
Before you place your powerleveling order, please equip your character with a primary weapon and armor and place all your other items into storage. Then change your character's account password and when placing your powerleveling order, please provide your server name, character name, and the new password. Please do not login to your character until we have notified you by email or phone that your character is ready.
How do I check on my character's progress?
Please click on the Power Leveling Report on the left and enter your order number to see your character's status.
What does a powerleveling quotation guarantee?
The powerleveling quotation will provide an estimate of the number of hours required to level your character from your starting level to your target level. The starting and target levels represent the beginning and ending level for your character. We guarantee that a professional gamer will play your character until it reached the specified level. If you believe we should update our prices to reflect a game update, please let us know.
