Beginning Friday, July 30th at 11:00 a.m. EDT, all inactive Aion Gold accounts will be reactivated free of charge.   • How do I place an order?
    • Please select your game from the menu on the left. Then select your character's server, and click "Add to Cart" to add the item to your shopping cart. Click on "Check Out" and then fill in the details of your order or login if you already have an account with us. Please provide your PayPal email address so we can verify your payment quickly when we receive it. Click "Submit" and you will be transferred to PayPal's secure payment service where you can pay with your Credit Card or your PayPal account. Our customer service representatives would be happy to answer any further questions about this process.
  • What if I ordered for the wrong server/character?
    • Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number, email address, as well as the correct server or character name and we will promptly update your order.

  • Why does my order require phone verification?
    • Due to the high amount of fraud and identity theft, we implemented a customer verification system for first time buyers. If your order requires verification, you will receive an email with a phone number you can call to instantly verify your account.   • What is powerleveling?
    • When you order our professional powerleveling service for your character, one of our professional gamers will play your character for you, focusing on either increasing a specific skill or your character's overall level.
  • What powerleveling services do you offer?
    • Currently we only offer professional power leveling which will focus on increasing your character's overall level for Guild Wars, Silkroad Online, and RAPPELZ. We hope to offer speciality power leveling in the near future which will allow you to select a specific skill that you want us to improve.
  • How should I prepare my character for powerleveling?
    • Before you place your powerleveling order, please equip your character with a primary weapon and armor and place all your other items into storage. Then change your character's account password and when placing your powerleveling order, please provide your server name, character name, and the new password. Please do not login to your character until we have notified you by email or phone that your character is ready.
  • How do I check on my character's progress?
    • Please click on the Power Leveling Report on the left and enter your order number to see your character's status.
  • What does a powerleveling quotation guarantee?
    • The powerleveling quotation will provide an estimate of the number of hours required to level your character from your starting level to your target level. The starting and target levels represent the beginning and ending level of your character. We guarantee that a professional gamer will play your character until it reaches the specified level. If you feel our prices should be adjusted to reflect a game update, please let us know.
  • Do you use bots, macros or hacks?
    • Absolutely Not. The use of bots, macros or hacks would draw unnecessary attention to your character. We would never do anything to jepordize the legitimacy of your character and thus all the leveling will be performed by one of our professional gamers. Just think of us as your friend who help's you advance your character when you're tired of grinding.
  • Will you respond to chat requests?
    • We know the relationships you've built in the game are valuable. We will not respond to any chat requests while we are leveling your character. However, you can request that we provide a specific response by adding a note when checking out.
  • Do I get to keep the items or currency gained through powerleveling?
    • Yes! Any items or currency gained through powerleveling will stay with your character. Depending on how much powerleveling you've ordered, this may be a significant bonus.
